Accessibility statement

This page offers a few tips on implementing accessibility best practices with our modules to enhance usability within the product. We aim to help you make the most of our accessibility features during setup and customization.

For information on Magnolia’s broader accessibility commitments and policies, please refer to our official Accessibility Statement.

Accessibility tips

For frontend implementations, Magnolia supports the creation of WCAG compliant websites.

  • MTE templates provide a good basis for your template design.

  • With the Siteimprove module, you can use the Siteimprove Accessibility Checker directly in Magnolia’s author interface which checks whether a page meets the standards and highlights the errors.

In the end, it is up to those building individual sites to implement their frontend in an accessible way.

Feedback

We welcome comments on how to improve the software’s accessibility for users with disabilities. Please let us know if you encounter critical barriers by contacting Magnolia support.
